Refund Eligibility
Refund Period: You have up to two weeks (14 calendar days) from the date of your initial course purchase to request a refund.
Eligibility Criteria: Refunds will only be granted if no more than one lecture has been accessed in the course.

Refund Processing

No Certification: You will not receive a course completion certificate if you request and receive a refund.
